Participate in the largest collegiate Regatta in the U.S. by Volunteering at the

2023 Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta!
May 12th& 13th, 2023 

Whether you are a rowing enthusiast, new to the sport, or just want to be a part of this exciting annual event, the Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta offers something for everyone! The Regatta has a variety of volunteer roles both on and off the water from Thursday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.
SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER

Once the on-line volunteer sign-up option is closed on Wednesday, May 10th, those available to volunteer at the Dad Vail Regatta can sign up at the Registration tent on Thursday, May 11th between 11:00 am and 3:00PM.

On Friday and Saturday there will be a sheet in the command tent across from the finish line where you can add your contact information to volunteer. The Volunteer Directors will contact you to give you options of volunteer positions that are available once your name is added to the list.
